  1. Davor, these are all wonderful! I especially like Sea-Like (the drops of water are a nice touch) and Drip-Drop, and again I love your sparing and very effective use of color in the mandalas - they are lovely. Now I want to give that a try!

    1. Thank you, Kim, for your comment. Glad you like some of them. As for the colour - I like it, but in Zentangle if you use it a lot, then the patterns get somehow lost. So I try to be thrifty when it comes to using my vast palette of Promarkers. :)
And now have fun with the variations and let us now how it goes. :)

    2. Yes! That is exactly it - The color can be distracting. So far in my own tangling I have preferred black and white - iit seems elegant to me, but I keep being tempted by colors, and disappointed every time I try to add them - it seems like it cheapens the work. I thought it was my lack of experience with color (I am pretty new to art) as other people seem to be able to pull it off elegantly. But the way you use a single color or two where one is very pale (like your first zendala) doesn't detract at all, in my mind. Instead, it helps to draw the eye in closer. Thanks for sharing your work and giving me insipration. I'm even thinking of making my own blog now!
